What started as nervous excitement settled into the most beautiful few days surrounded by nature, creativity, delicious food and new experiences that will stay with you for the rest of your life. You feel alive, connected and ready to share your experiences with friends and family. You had a great weekend and that’s just the beginning….

We’ve curated a stunning 4 night getaway, full of creative play, in a beautiful chalet, fully catered with delicious locally sourced food and drinks, with transport eco-friendly no-fly travel from the UK included. Daily group activities are offered for you to join at your leisure, with opportunities to enjoy the stunning mountain views via foot, bike, or kayak or even para glide at sunset, foraging walks, mixed media play and Spa time if you so wish, this long weekend is an invitation to relax, unwind, invigorate your senses and spend some time connecting with other creatives looking for inspiration and a break from their day to day routine.

The offerings are all optional, if all you do is read a book by the pool that’s up to you and if that is what calls you the best way to enjoy this holiday. We’ve laid on a selection of daily activities included in the cost with a few optional extras if you so wish such as a Bike ride or Spa trip. Every day, activities or workshops are included in the price. You are welcome to bring your own creative projects and materials with you, tho we will provide you with all you need to enjoy some creative play daily.

Food is really at the heart of French life, The Savoie region in France is renowned for its diverse and flavorful cuisine, which includes a variety of local specialties. We enjoy creating dishes for you that are inspired by the local, seasonally available ingredients the lush Valleys have to offer. The trip is fully catered, and we will of course try and accommodate all dietary requirements, we highly recommend experiencing the delicious, cheese, pastries, bread, wine, and fruit of the area, so if you have any questions regarding the menu please do get in touch before booking.

I graduated from Loughborough University many moons ago with a BA Honours in Visual Communication. After that I spent about a decade residing in Bristol where I built up my portfolio drawing lots of colourful scenes around the city and my midlands accent went all twangy. Last year I made the leap back to Nottingham to be closer to my family and am currently working on some new scenes around here. I still visit Bristol often and continue to sell my prints in several galleries there. I specialise in street scenes, cityscapes and house portraits.

Introducing your event organisers.

We have lived and worked together for many years on outdoor events co-ordination and have experience from a wide range of event types from small family gatherings, wellness and activity retreats and corporate events. We both enjoy being in the mountains, building our lives around a love of creativity, play, food, skiing, biking, hiking and competitive sport.

We want to share some of our favourite experiences with you on our holidays and create fond memories together.

Helen will be your main point of contact from the Uk and on the phone, you can contact her via watsapp here! She often attends the holidays herself. Alex does all the behind the scenes logistics and organisation making sure we have everything on hand to make the holiday just right!

Your Accommodation We have both private and shared options in all of our rooms, guests numbers are small and the total group size will never be more than 8 people.

The chalet is fully catered with delicious locally sourced food and drinks, and eco-friendly no-fly travel options from the UK are available. Or fly into Geneva and enjoy scenic 2-hour transfers as you wind your way up the valley through the lush, verdant fields and snow-covered peaks.
Rooms all come with bedding and towels and a beautiful robe which is yours a gift to take home. We can provide organic toiletries as well on request.

• 4 nights accommodation in a beautiful chalet close to local amenities, with everything accessible via foot or free public transport in idyllic surroundings.

Can I book with confidence?

YES! As a travel organiser, we let you build your own holiday by giving you access to a wonderful range of purposeful holidays, based around creativity, activity, wellness, food and most importantly PLAY! We’ve experienced the holiday activities and venues ourselves as tourists to give you a holiday that’s effortless to plan and offers you lots of options to suit your tastes, saving you money allowing space for relaxation and adventure!

Package Travel Regulations

Yes, If you book a package holiday with us, you also benefit from comprehensive protection offered by the European Package Travel Regulations. These Regulations entitle you, amongst other things, to assistance, compensation, price reduction and refunds in various scenarios.

Package Rights

Travellers will receive all essential information about the package before full payment. A copy of the package travel contract will be provided in advance and as confirmation on receipt of payment. .

The organiser is liable for the proper performance of all the travel services included in the contract.

Travellers are provided with an emergency number or contact point for the organiser.

Travellers may transfer the package to another person, on reasonable notice and possibly subject to additional costs.

The price of the package may only be increased if specific costs rise (for instance fuel prices), and if expressly provided for in the contract, and in any event not later than 20 days before the start of the package. If this exceeds 8% of the package price, the traveller may terminate the contract. If the organiser reserves the right to an increase, the traveller has the right to a price reduction if there is a decrease in the relevant costs.

A traveller can terminate the contract if any of the essential package elements, other than the price, are changed significantly. They will receive a fee-free refund.

If before the start of the package the trader responsible for the package cancels the package, travellers are entitled to a refund and compensation where appropriate.

Travellers may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee before the start of the package in the event of exceptional circumstances, for instance if there are serious security problems at the destination which are likely to affect the package. Additionally, travellers may at any time before the start of the package terminate the contract in return for an appropriate and justifiable termination fee.

If after the start of the package, significant elements of the package cannot be provided as agreed, suitable alternative arrangements will have to be offered to the traveller at no extra cost.

Travellers may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee, where services are not performed in accordance with the contract and this substantially affects the performance of the package and the organiser fails to remedy the problem.

Travellers are also entitled to a price reduction or compensation for damages or both where the travel services are not performed or are improperly performed.

The organiser has to assist if the traveller is in difficulty.

If the organiser becomes insolvent, payments will be refunded. If this is after the start of the package and transport was included, repatriation of the travellers is secured.

We have arranged insolvency protection via our insurers, details of which will be provided in your holiday contract.
Are Your Holidays ATOL protected?

We are not members of this accredited body as we do not offer flights as part of any of our packages.

Note that ATOL protection only applies if your package holiday includes a flight.

What is a Trust Account?

When you book a package holiday through us, the money for your accommodation and inclusive activities is stored in an independent trust account. We can not access this money until you have returned from your holiday. In compliance with the European package travel regulations, we do not spend that money running our business, so if something does go wrong with your booking and we need to refund your money, we can do so a lot more easily.

The cost of tourist services or travel you may book on our recommendation goes straight to that business but we will still assist you if anything goes wrong or you change your mind in accordance with that business’s terms and conditions.
Are you a reputable business?

We only recommend things we love! We enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests and getting it “just right”. Don’t take our word for it though, read what they have to say on Trustpilot. We want to be rated as a great holiday company and are always pushing for 5/5 stars.

When you book a package holiday with us your holiday is completely protected. We hold insurance to cover business financial failure and adhere to the Package Travel Regulations. We make sure all third-party providers are accredited and insured.
Are there any reasons you would cancel my booking?

Reasons we could cancel;

The minimum number of participants has not been reached. The minimum number is stated in the package travel contract and we will notify travellers of termination within the period fixed in the contract. This will be no later than 20 days before the start of the package for trips lasting more than 6 days; 7 days for trips lasting between 2 and 6 days; 48 hours for trips lasting less than 2 days.

We the Organiser are prevented from performing the contract because of

unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, such as the examples

above. If this is the case we will notify the traveller as soon

as possible.

You break the rules of the holiday or retreat

– Not paying on time, full terms will be included in your holiday contract.

– Being unkind or generally just plain odd in the booking process, or at any point during the holiday, towards our staff or other guests or any other group of people, we want everyone to feel safe and included in our holidays.

-Endangering yourself or another member of the retreat, staff or public, your enjoyment and safety is really important to us and we want to make sure everyone involved with the trip remembers it for the right reasons, only do things within your own limits.

In these cases, we will notify the traveller as soon as possible that we wish them to leave the trip, if this is before the start date normal terms and conditions of cancelation will apply and appropriate refund offered, if the trip has commenced we will assist you in arranging alternative accomodations or a return trip home, no refund will be given as in accordance with cancelations terms.
What if I want to cancel my booking?
Travellers may transfer the package to another person admin fees apply at different stages before the start date.

Long-term (e.g., 90+ days): £66 Admin fee.

Mid-term (e.g., 45+ days): £66 Admin fee, plus additional costs if any custom items have already been produced and need to be altered.

Short-term (e.g., <45 days): £116 Admin fee, plus additional costs if any custom items have already been produced and need to be altered.

Travellers may at any time before the start of the package terminate the contract in return for an appropriate and justifiable termination fee. You will receive refunds within 14days of cancellation. If we can resell the place we will refund you in line with the 90-day+, long-term policy.

Long-term (e.g., 90+ days): Loss of £111 secure my spot payment. Includes the admin associated with cancellation and reselling the package

Mid-term (e.g., 45+ days): 50% of the package cost, plus additional costs if any custom items have already been produced and need to be altered or are no longer required.

Short-term (e.g., <45 days): 100% of the package cost, plus additional costs if any custom items have already been produced and need to be altered.

A traveller can terminate the contract if any of the essential package elements, other than the price, are changed significantly. They will receive a fee-free refund.
Travellers may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee before the start of the package in the event of exceptional circumstances, for instance if there are serious security problems at the destination which are likely to affect the package.
